Rose was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. This is a special place for her and the place she chose to live and raise her own family. Although a true New Yorker at heart, the Pandemic changed things and she is a full-time Floridian. The elements of leadership – hard work, empathy and resilience was ever-present in her home at a very early age growing up. Rose instilled these qualities in her son and daughter.

Rose had a life-changing event in her 20s that changed her perspective on life. She was starting out her career, married with two children and trying to find her way. She was traveling worldwide for a Fortune 500 company when she encountered a health concern. Rose had a pulmonary embolism – blockage of an artery in the lungs – which almost took her life. The nurse caring for her in the hospital said, “you were given a second chance, you have more work to do in this world”.
